Getting to Know the Tools

Fellow builders at our EAA Chapter 650 are very helpful. I have been spending time visiting hangars and workshops to get a feeling of various projects at different stages of construction. It has helped in getting to know what tools I must acquire for my build.

Tools such as a band saw, air compressor, drill press, and a sander are a must at the workbench. But then there are all these pneumatic tools that I wouldn't have known — least how to use and where to use them — had it not been for experienced builders showing me around. This would have been very overwhelming otherwise.
